Check in was awful
“Only stayed there because it was close to the race track”
Not much there. Only had coffee. Carpet in room was sticky. There were cob webs in the room

Location. No elevator
The bed and the room was roomy. TV didn't work. The fridge made a weird breathing noise, ice machine didn't work, breakfast was very minimal. We checked in using a kios to check in. Felt like it was an very impersonal experience to talk to someone through a machine. I would like to have give my credit card and driver's id to a real person. Not a machine. What happened to person to person interaction

The property was clean. The rooms were clean. The beds weren’t as not as comfortable as would have liked. I woke up with lower back pain. Our room the ac worked, the heater did not. The breakfast was very limited. Generic Hunny Buns, Waffles, two types of cold cereal. We went to Hy Vee for $5.00 breakfast instead yummy. The soda & snack machine were very limited and @ $3.00 per item. The smell of Curry coming from the front office all the way down the main hall is a little much. The front desk lady has to have husband translate on phone. Very limited English till financial error in her favor. Beware
