The room was very clean. The location isn’t on the main street, and you have to climb a few slopes to get there, but it’s only 5‑10 minutes away, and it’s worth it because you don’t hear the night noise from the main street and the views are amazing.

Warm water, very spacious rooms and a generous breakfast. An ideal base to walk to the city, Little Adam’s Peak, and the Nine‑Arch Bridge. Great price‑quality ratio.

Fantastic location and the owner was super friendly and helpful. Every morning a delicious breakfast was delivered to the apartment. A real recommendation and a peaceful setting, yet close to many restaurants and shops. Our kids loved all the animals we saw around the apartment.

We had a wonderful and very comfortable stay! The room was great and didn’t even need AC—in fact, it got cool enough that we used the blanket provided in the room. The location is very convenient, just a pleasant 8 to 10-minute walk to the city, and the terrace offers a beautiful view. What made this stay truly special was Sachiya. He is an incredible host who managed everything we needed, including organizing tuk-tuks for us to explore different places. This was the only hotel in Sri Lanka that greeted us with welcome drinks and cookies! Breakfast every morning was top-notch and delicious. They were kind enough to serve both tea for me and coffee for my wife every single day. To top it all off, Sachiya dropped us off at the bus stop in his tuk-tuk free of charge. Nothing really
