“Bien”

What we liked most was the location. We didn’t try the pool or breakfast, but there were places nearby to grab a bite or a drink. The parking is right under the hotel, though it lacks chargers for electric cars. The room is a good size and the bed and bathroom are comfortable. The policy of not cleaning the room if you’re only staying a few days made sense to us. The reception staff were friendly but a bit dry, just doing the bare minimum. When we entered, the gel/shampoo dispenser was empty; I understand that if we had mentioned it they would have refilled it, but that’s just the usual expectation that it’s checked when you arrive.

“Nice hotel, housekeeping need improvement”

The room was nice, with the main bed being comfortable. The pool was great, although a shame the hot tub wasn’t working. Breakfast was good when it was quiet but awful on busy days. Needed way more staff cleaning tables and replenishing food. Housekeeping needed huge improvements too, had to ask 3 time for a bed for my son, no shower gel in the room when we arrived, glasses not cleaned etc

“Generelt fornøyd med oppholdet, men hotellet har litt forbedringspotensial på renhold og service.”

I liked the rooms and the breakfast selection, but we received dirty glasses in our room and they never replaced them even after we asked. The receptionist was uncooperative when we tried to solve other issues. The pool was a bit too cold for us and the jacuzzi was out of order. When we arrived at 09:30 for breakfast, most of the food was already gone and it was hard to find a table because the tables weren't cleared. They did refill a bit later, but it took a long time.

“Logement propre et confort au descriptif, jacuzzi en panne et 1h de piscine/sauna par jour”

The place was clean, the staff friendly, the location convenient, and the room size was good. However, the jacuzzi was broken and there was construction on the street. The vegan buffet had very few options.

I stayed on the sixth floor; the window could open fully with no barrier, which I thought was scary with four grandchildren around. The wall oven was loose. I mentioned the window issue when we left, hoping it would be fixed. The room we stayed in on the second floor had a window barrier.
