The hotel is very well located, close to the center and convenient for moving around. The staff are friendly and helpful, which makes the stay pleasant. However, the breakfast could be improved because it lacks variety. Overall, it offers good value for money.

The breakfast was bad, the bathrooms were not clean enough, the staff did not give us extra time in the room, and we had a baby who wanted to leave the room at 12 pm.

I appreciated the staff’s hospitality, but the renovations on my floor made the doors and furniture unsafe for my children, the bathroom was very old and dirty, the window was unsafe, and the lining was dirty.

I liked only the location, everything else was super dirty everywhere.

The location was great, but room 207 was unclean; we tried other rooms and they were all the same disgusting. Toilets were horrendous – I had to buy my own Domestos bleach and scrubber. Bedsheets and towels were stained, and a tobacco smell was glued to the place. WIFI was terrible; I had to walk to the lift/stairs area to get a signal to check my phone. AC was very weak, curtains were not blackout and didn’t cover the windows properly. The shower was very weak, sometimes water didn’t work and when it did it was just cold. A woman at reception wasn’t very nice, whereas the men and young boys working there were very nice and helpful.
