“Great value for lake views”
Great location, very good value for money. We needed a 4 am check‑in and they happily accommodated this for a small surcharge. The room offered a view of the lake, especially from the rooftop restaurant. The hotel is a bit tired in places, but nothing major, and for the price we were quite happy staying there.

The staff were extremely unhelpful; they tried to double charge us by asking for payment before arrival and again at check‑in. I was jet‑lagged, so I paid twice. After showing them the double receipts and an email saying I wouldn’t need to pay on arrival, they promised to investigate but did nothing even after daily inquiries. I eventually had to file a complaint, and the hotel rejected it twice, citing an FX difference. I finally got my money back after almost two weeks. The room was terrible and the staff ignored all our requests—avoid this place.
