Guests can dine at the on-site restaurant serving Turkish and international cuisine, or relax on the hotel's terrace. It's a 15-minute walk to Hadrianus Gate and Yivli Minare Mosque, with Konyaaltı Beach a 20-minute tram ride away.

Breakfast was fine, but the staff were unwelcoming, barely looked up from their phones every five seconds. A foul smell of excrement mixed with constant dampness filled the room, and the bathroom had no ventilation. We left the room open for a whole day to air it out, yet the odor returned within three minutes of closing the window. The air‑conditioner worked for five minutes before shutting off. The pool was greenish and murky, making it unappealing to swim in. The room was very dirty, with stains on all textiles. We stayed two nights out of six and switched hotels before finishing the stay.
