The resort’s location and facilities were very good, and the food variety and taste were excellent, with the children’s aqua area also great. However, all the staff were unfriendly; the bill man wouldn’t lift your luggage unless you asked, and when we checked in they told us to show the room number to the staff, which was odd. The restaurant staff were not cheerful, and you often had to ask multiple times for extra food at the restaurants or snacks. Room service was terrible; you had to call to get it, and it would arrive at 12 or 1 in the morning, with no complaints. For example, the ice cream ran out at 5, and when the machine closed at 5:05, people were left in line and walked away. The reception asked to cut the bracelet, a policy that made you think about leaving. I wanted water from the lobby because the travel guide said reception had to inform them. While you were leaving, you could get a card to have lunch, which isn’t common in big hotel chains. The Bedouin party on Wednesday was fine, and the people were friendly, yet there was a dispute with some foreigners who wrote the room number on the staff group; they weren’t prioritizing guest satisfaction. There were many mosquitoes and a lot of bugs, which is strange. The hotel had many nice things: the sea was beautiful, the children’s aqua was great, and the pool was very clean, but the negatives were so severe that we won’t return.
