The breakfast was very good, the evening menu was excellent and plentiful, the hotel is well located (15 min walking to the train station), the pool is nice and well‑temperate, and the room is cozy with everything you need. At the start of the dinner service it often took a long time to take drink orders. Since all guests, as the hotel requested, came almost simultaneously, the service staff were at times overwhelmed.

We booked this accommodation with breakfast and dinner. The breakfast was very plentiful and nothing was missing. At breakfast there was a note on the table where you could tick what you wanted for dinner (salad, soup, starter, choice of three main courses, dessert). It was very tasty, plentiful, and you were truly "stuffed". The hotel also has a pool, infrared cabins, a Finnish sauna (about 5 people) and, on request, the barrel sauna is also activated. The staff there are very friendly and helpful. Dogs are also allowed at this hotel. Overall, the value for money was very good. Walking to the inner town of Zwiesel takes about 20 minutes. We definitely recommend it.

“Rundum eine hervorragende Woche.”

We’ve stayed here more than once, and the hosts always try to pull out the best for us. The staff are great and always courteous. The chef is a class of his own and cooks a fantastic menu each evening. The pool and sauna are available daily, and if you’re up for a massage, you can book one too. Everything you need for a wonderful stay is there, and we’re not done visiting yet.
