El hotel estaba muy sucio, salían cucarachas grandes del baño y también en los pasillos, y el internet era bastante malo.

The cleaning was good, but the parking was bad.

I booked through the app and it said breakfast and Wi‑Fi were included, but the hotel said they weren’t, and each night I was charged $200.000; it’s not a 5‑star hotel for that price and the breakfast service was poor—though they did give it, the butter was missing while other tables received it.
