Everything was great: the staff were attentive and friendly; the location was good; the breakfast was fine. However, I left a jacket in the room and the hotel does not offer a forwarding service, which is not a small thing, especially for outerwear. The hotel would greatly improve if it expanded its forwarding service for forgotten items, especially outerwear.

The hotel sits right in the middle of town and my room was spotless, but the hallway everywhere—up to the 3rd floor—has a strong food smell from the restaurant. The décor feels very old and the building could use urgent renovations. The food itself was just okay, not impressive. I also noticed that Accor Hotels use AI in their ads and posters around the property, which I wasn’t happy about.
