The nearby hot spring was free to use. Breakfast was bad. The bath was broken. Overall it was unclean.

It was sweltering in the summer because there was no air‑conditioner or fan, and the room lacked a fridge and a table; the toilet’s flush was weak, and at certain times the shower wouldn’t deliver hot water. I could tolerate it if I only needed a place to sleep and stash my bags, but the price was outrageous.

Convenience and staff were nice. Honestly it was pretty misleading. Staff were nice but the place is just ugh. Nothing crazy about it. Photos were misleading. NO AC and it's the middle of summer. No laundry room. No hot water. Which is all things I can deal with. But the price is what got me. Absolutely ridiculous. I'm in the middle of Tokyo and get all the amenities for less than half the price of this hotel. It's insane. Again, you get what you pay for but not this place. It was worth maybe 10000 yen a night but it was 101000¥. Insane
