The welcome and professionalism of the team were wonderful. From the reservation, a problem required phone contact and the service was excellent, with appropriate handling and a satisfactory resolution! There was no "dislike"! It was a very good stay!

The hotel exceeded my expectations for an overnight stay during a trip. The room, although compact, was impeccably clean, with high‑quality bedding and bath linens, air‑conditioning, TV, minibar, and everything worked perfectly. The service was very cordial, and the receptionist recommended a great nearby restaurant. Breakfast was very good, served in a beautiful, cozy, and well‑decorated setting, highlighting Porto Ferreira’s tradition of ceramics and décor. Excellent value for money. I would definitely stay again. As a suggestion for improvement, the towel support in the bathroom was loose and would come off easily. The parking is also small and has few spots. Apart from these details, I have no other comments.
