Zdrijac Beach lies 15 minutes’ walk away; Zadar Airport is 27 km distant.

There were severe differences between the conditions guaranteed in my booking confirmation and the actual services provided.The accommodation failed to meet the advertised description in the following points:Lack of Air Conditioning: The official confirmation explicitly lists "Air Conditioning" (Légkondicionálás) as an amenity. Instead, only a standing fan was provided in the 40°C heat. This is not equivalent to the paid service.Shared Kitchen and Refrigerator: The document guaranteed a private "Kitchen" (Konyha) and the room name itself states "separate kitchen". In reality, we had to share the kitchen and the refrigerator with the hosts. Therefore, our privacy and the separate storage of our food were not provided.No Private Parking: The bottom of the confirmation clearly states "Free private parking" (Ingyenes privát parkolás). Instead, the host only provided a spot under a tree, which does not qualify as a proper, designated private parking space.Since the property did not match the paid and promised description, the service was faulty.I have attached the photo of my booking confirmation as proof. Please investigate this matter immediately and provide a partial refund of the accommodation fee

The accommodation was wonderful; every day we watched the sunset from the terrace. The apartment is in a great spot, close to the old town, shops, and the beach, all within walking distance. The host was very friendly, helped us with everything, and gave us everything we asked for. We felt very comfortable.

The location and view are great, and there are several restaurants and cafés nearby. From the balcony you can see the avenue and the bay. Unfortunately there is no kitchen. The apartment is listed for 3 people, but it’s actually only suitable for 2. The beach is 1.5 km away, which is a bit far.

Great location, kind and helpful owners, kitchen, parking spot, clean, comfortable bed, huge balcony with a beautiful view of the mountains and the bay. The fridge is loud and can be heard through the two closed doors.
