The rooms were a bit dated and one bar was too crowded while the other was closed, so I had to find another place to drink and eat, but the hotel was clean, tidy, offered a generous breakfast, and the location was lovely.

The view and sleeping comfort were great, and the free alternative to the broken pool nearby was a nice touch, but the breakfast was fantastic; however, it was annoying when staff cleared the table during the meal. The shower and bathtub were fine, but there were too few power outlets and the light switch next to the bed was loose.

It was the best holiday I’ve had in Germany – an incredibly beautiful, cozy, unforgettable time! From the first moment you feel warmly welcomed, cared for, and valued, as if everyone is happy you’re there. The breakfast is fantastic with a huge selection: salmon, ham, cheese, cucumbers, ham salad, tomatoes, muesli, rusks, and more, even small portions of pumpkin as a sweet, unique addition to the varied buffet. Everything is prepared with so much love! The staff are unbelievably friendly, attentive, and polite, always checking in to see if everything is fine or if anything else is needed, making you feel at home. A special moment is watching passing ships from the window while having breakfast, waving at them when heading to the docking area – it feels like a beautiful film. The location is also amazing; the old town and the new town are close by, so you can stroll, dine outside, or simply stay in your room and enjoy the breathtaking balcony view. Everything is spotless, smells pleasant, and beautifully decorated. The room even has a coffee machine, and the capsules are refilled every morning – a wonderful gesture for coffee lovers. This was by far my best holiday in Germany, and I’ll definitely return because this hotel is truly special. Huge thanks to the entire team and everyone who puts so much heart, love, and attention into making guests feel completely comfortable. Thank you for this unforgettable time!

The hotel’s location is dreamy and the room view is stunning, and the staff are very friendly in every area; although the building is old, it still has a wonderful 70s charm. The buffet is quite simple, always the same in the morning, and the evening buffet is nothing special, plus many plates were dirty; the bathroom condition does not deserve a 4‑star rating.

Die Aussicht ist einfach wunderbar. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.Das Zimmer groß und komfortabel. Die Betten sehr bequem. Es gab auch zwei Kissen. Das Bad war groß und modern. Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Teppich im Zimmer sehr fleckig. In Bettnähe gibt es keine Steckdose Es gibt viele Hunde im Hotel Es wird gebellt, auf dem Teppich in der Lobby wir sich gesühlt
