“Cerrado por remodelación y booking ni se molestó en comunicarme.”
I arrived after a 24‑hour flight to find the place shut for renovation and no one from the hotel ever told me; I only got a reply after four days, so I had to book another hotel on the spot. The service was terrible.
The “restaurant” was nothing like what was described.
Breakfast was awesome; I love the place.
I had confirmed my reservation, but when I got there the hotel was closed for renovations and I never received any heads‑up beforehand.
“Terrible, waste of time and resources”
The property was condemned and turned into a homeless shelter, the staff were completely unprofessional and unhelpful, and overall the place was horrible.
