The rooms were clean and roomy, just a little far from the main road, though still within walking distance.

I liked how clean everything was, but it was a bit inconvenient.
I am filing a formal complaint about a property listed on your platform. The hotel refused to give me an English receipt or invoice for my stay, even after I explained that I need it for business reimbursement and accounting. I find it unacceptable that a property on a global international platform cannot or will not provide a basic English receipt for international guests. My attempts to contact the hotel were ignored. I ask that you review this property’s service standards and help me get a proper English receipt or invoice. Thank you.
