The view and the facilities are excellent. The staff seem undertrained.

The hotel is beautiful, with a great spa and gym. I had one of the best massages of my life, and the room and view were stunning. The grounds are lovely, filled with art and gardens. I ate four meals at the restaurant; they weren’t cheap but the quality was very high and the food was delicious. The waiters could use more guidance—when the food is that good, the service should match it.
