“Não gostei do atendimento não explica nada e no aplicativo está de um jeito e lá de outro”
The location was fine, but the service was awful; the app said breakfast was included, yet it wasn’t.

The place is well situated, yet the air‑conditioning had issues, the TV remote didn’t work, and the headboard panel buttons were non‑functional.

The location is good, but the cleanliness was poor and it was noisy.

I was disappointed: the TV was still a tube and didn’t pick up anything; breakfast was almost nonexistent, and the dining area was basically non‑existent. I arrived at 15:00 starving, only to be told by reception that the kitchen wouldn’t open until 18:00. The receptionist tried to improvise for us, but at night there’s no breakfast, only tea. It’s not close to the Tietê terminal, and it took us 30 minutes to get there. Overall it was very bad, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. I didn’t like anything.
