“Nice place but too noisy”
The bed was super comfy and the pool area was a nice spot to chill. But the so‑called deluxe room turned out to be right in the reception hall, just two meters from the check‑in desk. I asked for a room change because I knew it would be noisy, but they said nothing was available. For the whole stay, the morning noise from the front desk kept me up, and with no staff on site I had to politely ask other guests to keep it down. Not what I expected from a deluxe room.
