The owner was very nice. During the BTS concert season many hotels raise prices or cancel unilaterally, but this place stayed at normal rates, had no cancellations, and was very affordable. It’s a bit of a walk from the nightlife, but still within acceptable limits.

Great staff! Hospitality was amazing, workers are so nice and helpful. I had a good stay, paid for what you've got. Satisfied. Just need English information about what to do before and after checkout, and English instructions on how to use the air‑con. That’s all.

It’s a splendid place, super well located for transport and with the beach just two seconds away. The front desk person was very friendly and communication was always smooth. Everything was beautiful and exactly as advertised. NO COMPLAINTS.
