The central location is good.
The woman who acted as a substitute receptionist was very nice and helpful! The small terrace was actually the second flight of stairs, not a terrace. The apartment was extremely dark, there were no hooks for hanging towels, the ventilation in the tiny bathroom smelled bad, the shower curtain was so short that everything got wet. The driveway and entrance to the apartment were blocked by a construction fence and building materials, which is unacceptable when you’re paying €110 per night. Bottom line: the description and reality didn’t match, except for the friendly lady.

It was very quiet, the beds are comfortable. No breakfast despite prior email notice, the property is sadly disappointing, no landscaping, everywhere there are cement glittering, a parked trailer has grown into the area, the floor is uneven and wavy, cleanliness is lacking, the TV doesn’t work, the lamps don’t work, and €50 per person is too expensive.
“Tolle Unterkunft und netter Gastgeber!”
The host was super nice, everything was very clean, all the essentials were available, and the beds with pillows were unbelievably comfortable. Nothing else to mention.
