We had a fantastic stay at this hotel, with modern facilities that were spotless and a team that went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, with plenty of options to suit all tastes. Our room was comfortable, and we appreciated the little touches like the holiday message on the window. The shuttle to downtown was also a big plus. One thing to note is that the beds were on the firm side, but that suited us just fine.
The hotel's accessibility was a major plus, but unfortunately, they didn't show much consideration for elderly guests. The entrance and rooms were all on the second floor, which made it difficult for seniors to navigate.
