Quality Inn Salem - I-81

I stayed in a big room in a quiet neighbourhood, and everything else was fine—just no hair conditioner, which was a minor annoyance.

“Very nice hotel and clean rooms.”

I liked the strong water pressure in the shower, the bed was comfy, and the room stayed clean, but breakfast was a let‑down: no nondairy coffee or yogurt, no sausage gravy, and no other meat options.

“All in all a very good experience, would definitely stay here again”

The hotel was convenient, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the coffee was good, but as someone with a disability the step from the parking to the room area felt a bit steep.

“Decent value for the money.”

The staff were very helpful and friendly, yet the property itself looked a little run‑down, the corridors could use fresh paint, and there was no elevator.

“Very dated. Not very clean. The pillows and towels were not good quality.”

The waffle was the highlight, but the breakfast lacked variety and there were no meat options.
