The location, the pool, and the breakfast were great, but the mosquitoes were a nuisance.

The house and rooms were gorgeous, and the bed was very comfortable, yet there was no one at the hotel during our stay, no service at all, and no food was offered, which is disappointing for a boutique hotel that should provide that level of service.

The place was clean, pleasant, and had a very welcoming vibe, but the lounge chairs by the pool are worn out and dirty and should be replaced.

This spot is wonderful, just two blocks from Paseo Montejo, with a beautiful house and rooms that have everything needed for a splendid stay; the staff are extremely kind and helpful, the pool is one of the most enjoyable I've been to (the depth is perfect for tall people), the rooms blend old charm with modern touches, the bed is super comfy, and the common areas are very clean and pretty—definitely the place I'll choose when I return to Mérida. The only “inconvenience” is parking: the property itself isn’t large enough to include parking, so just across the street there’s a very safe and easily accessible parking lot, which is why I put the word “inconvenience” in quotes.
