The location was very convenient. Soundproofing was okay. The room and bathroom were not clean: sheets were washed but stained, decorative pillows on the bed had a dirty cover, the kettle was dirty, the napkin holder rusted, and the toothbrush holder had mold.

It was a good place, very clean and nice, and I’m very happy to have found it. Nothing negative, everything I liked, truly a nice spot.

Unfortunately, we were very disappointed by the cleanliness and overall condition of this stay. The rooms had a strong musty smell, and many pieces of furniture and appliances were old and poorly maintained. Upon arrival, we noticed hair on the bedding, mold in the fridge, dirty coffee cups, an old and dirty kettle, towels with stains, and a lot of dust on the interior window sills. During our 4‑night stay, no housekeeping service was offered—garbage wasn’t taken out and we weren’t asked if we needed extra toilet paper or clean towels. The property has an excellent location, but hygiene and maintenance standards are far below expectations.

Air conditioning, independence, very large bathroom. The location isn’t the most convenient if you walk or take trains to the Cinque Terre, but you’re there in about 20‑25 minutes.
