I had a bit of a mixed experience at this hotel. The facilities and views were really great, but I had some issues with communication - I showed up and had to wait a long time to check in because my host hadn't sent over the confirmation for my stay. It was pretty frustrating, but at least the hotel itself was nice.

Everything was great at this hotel - the staff were super friendly, helpful, and polite. I didn't have any complaints, really. The whole experience was just really positive.
