Very nice overall, but the stairs needed a handrail on both sides, earning a 9.0/10.

Matt and Juliet were the perfect hosts, discreet yet fascinating to talk to; we appreciated Matt’s artistic talent, with some of his works displayed in the guest areas. Our room and ensuite bathroom were extremely comfortable, spotless, and even included homemade cake. Breakfast was a delicious feast in the beautiful Georgian dining room, and the stunning Shropshire/Wales border countryside lay just outside. Nothing could have been better, and we look forward to visiting again, giving a 10.0/10.
