Nothing to complain about – the facility was well maintained, food was good, the pool was kept clean, and there was also a bar service. A relaxing holiday. Nothing to say.

Opening the window in the morning and being surrounded by nature was beautiful, and the breakfast was excellent; nothing to complain about.

The pool area isn’t terrible, though it looks dated and needs work, and breakfast was unremarkable. We booked a bungalow but were placed in a very old room with a window whose sill was only 1.80 m above the floor; the children’s beds had a 5 cm mattress and handmade nets made from two aluminium bars with pine slats screwed on. The shower clogged, forcing us to turn the water off after 30 seconds to avoid flooding the bathroom, and we were woken up about five or six times by the neighbour’s dogs. The receptionist replied, “they’re not ours, I don’t know what to tell you.” A little effort could have prevented losing customers.
