The hotel is well‑located near the historic centre and park, and getting to the beach was easy by public transport. Breakfast was good, though if you stay longer than a few days the variety can become repetitive, but we were there 3‑4 days and everything was fine. The room was spacious, fairly clean, the reception worked 24 hours, and there were no issues with late check‑in. The room didn’t have a place to dry clothes after the beach, which might be inconvenient if you’re in town for a beach holiday.

The location is extremely convenient, right on the border between the old town and the Turia park. The breakfast wasn’t plentiful but was very good with excellent products. The room was tiny yet comfortable and well‑air‑conditioned, and the desk was convenient. However, the room lacked natural light, the bathroom was cramped and it was easy to bump into the shower or toilet while getting in. The shower tiles were uneven and partially loose, giving me a fear they might collapse on me. The bathroom linen felt rather old.

Breakfast offered a decent spread with plenty of options; the melon was tasty, the fresh‑squeezed orange juice was a highlight, and the coffee was freshly brewed to order. The eggs came out firmer than I expected but were still appreciated. Unfortunately, the room and bathroom were littered with hair, and the floor sweep seemed neglected, which was quite disgusting and disappointing.
