The location was good. The bed/ mattress was hard, and there was an odor in the room.

The place is better known for its restaurant than for the hotel. It’s very old, the bathroom curtain has mold, and even in summer the room smells damp. The breakfast isn’t a plated meal with melon, coffee, and bread. One of the receptionists is very snobbish. The parking is gravel and drunk people spray.

It’s located above the restaurant and near a pharmacy in Guadalajara. The staff could be warmer when greeting guests. In one room the TV didn’t work, so I had to change rooms. The Wi‑Fi passwords are on small cards in the keys, which is hardly noticeable.
