The view was decent and the location central, but the reception was hardly available, check‑in was slow, the pillows were awful, and the price was high for nothing.

The location and the personal service were good, but the toilets were an issue.

Alfie the manager was absolutely amazing, welcoming and truly helpful; everything else was fine.

The proximity to the city center was great, but we asked for a street‑side room and it was a bit noisy.
