Martin and his father, the hosts, kindly arranged a mini-van to take me back to Yerevan on Sunday morning at a very reasonable price.

The terrace is beautiful and atmospheric. The host took care of us, offered pomegranate wine, and showed us a nearby vineyard.
The owner was very friendly and gave us his homemade pomegranate wine right after we arrived. He showed us all the property’s facilities and was very helpful. The room was spacious, clean, bright, and had a large bathroom. There’s a terrace with a wonderful view that all guests can use to relax. I’d recommend this place to anyone heading to the Areni area.
The hosts are extremely warm and their willingness to help is outstanding! The location in Areni is easy to find, with a parking lot on the property, and a restaurant and grocery store about 200 m away. The large covered panoramic balcony with a view of the surrounding mountains is also fantastic. The cleanliness throughout the accommodation is remarkable. Since there’s a lot to see nearby, I think this is an excellent option for a few nights’ stay followed by relaxed day trips.

It’s a fairy‑tale spot, a magnificent house, and the hosts are wonderful! We wanted to visit Noravank at sunset, so we decided to stay overnight in Areni. It’s a home you don’t want to leave, and you’re always drawn back. Absolute cleanliness and order, everything thought out to the smallest detail. The grounds are well maintained, the kitchen has a bar counter, and there’s a huge, gorgeous veranda on the roof where you can enjoy a beautiful view with a cup of tea or a glass of wine. The hosts are incredibly hospitable and helpful, and it’s a pleasure to talk with them. The best pomegranate wine I’ve ever tasted. I want to give huge thanks to the hosts for creating the perfect place to relax!
