The staff service was excellent, but the bathroom had a leaking shower, the mattress was too soft, and the location was hard to reach.

“Razoável”

The bed was comfortable, the linens were soft and fragrant, the TV was large, and the air conditioning worked. Breakfast was nice, fresh, and varied. The support staff were courteous. The room and bathroom needed maintenance; the entire ceiling was moldy and visually unpleasant, though thankfully there was no mold smell. The towel and shower support were broken, and there were no hooks in either the room or bathroom except for the face towel. We had two hangers, but the rod in the closet was broken. The bathroom trash can lid was broken, the shower leaked water everywhere, and the box grout was very dirty, despite the modern tile. The bath towels were small, thin, and rough. Access to the lodge was very steep and difficult for a custom motorcycle rider, a fact that was only communicated after booking and paying the rates.

The food and service were fine, but the sauna didn’t heat up and the bed was partially unlocked, yet the lodge itself was quite good.

Breakfast was good, the setting and tables were pleasant, and the front desk staff were very polite. However, the room layout was poor, leaving no space to open two carry‑on bags; the ceiling in the room and bathroom had mold and a strong drain odor; the pool was dirty on Saturday morning; the lodge’s location was inconvenient because a steep hill made walking difficult, and while driving there were many street parking options nearby. Uber refused to pick us up, making our travel a real hassle.

Cleanliness and the hospitality of the lodge staff were exceptional. The hill to reach the lodge is steep, but the stay is worth it and the view makes up for it.
