Nice property, but it is clean and quiet.

The location was great for the activities we planned, and we were close to grocery stores and restaurants. The beds and bathroom were clean, and when we asked for help the staff responded promptly. Breakfast was very good, and I liked the daily variety of meals. However, when we entered our room there was a strong mildew or musty smell that didn’t go away. The light flickered, leaving us unsure if it should stay on or off—perhaps a new bulb was needed. The AC unit was disassembled upon arrival, so we had to ask someone to reassemble it; it worked fine but looked unpleasant and seemed fragile. The TV was tricky to use; we thought it was broken at first but eventually figured it out. We arrived late and no one answered the front desk when we called, so I had to contact the parent company for help, which was very useful.

The place was quiet and close to the medical center. The bed was fine, but the breakfast food wasn’t fresh; it was obvious that it had been frozen and then microwaved, which made it look unappetizing and taste bad.
