The place was a total letdown. The presidential suite was filthy, the jacuzzi had rust, and the towels and sheets were damaged. They only have one dining area and it's just for breakfast, with a bland buffet and bad tea and coffee. Nothing good to say – definitely not worth the price.

The room was huge, spotless, and super cozy, plus the view was gorgeous. The only downside? There's no balcony, which was a bummer.

Everything was spotless and the staff were always friendly and ready to help. The only hiccup was that the breakfast delivery to my room was delayed twice, but they sorted it out quickly.
