Location, atmosphere, service, very good restaurants at reasonable prices, free parking. The mattress is a bit too soft for my taste.

The owners were incredibly kind and welcoming, the breakfast was plentiful, the food from the menu was excellent, and the homemade desserts were superb. The rooms were comfortable and allowed a dog. It was the best starting point for hikes, either directly from the lodging or by bus. The food was as good as at Lovecká chata, from soups to main courses to desserts baked by the owners. In every way, this is the best accommodation in the Krkonoše. The owners treat every guest with love. The family atmosphere is wonderful. I would gladly return.

The room was cozy and comfortable with plenty of storage. The breakfast was outstanding—rich and very tasty. The kitchen was home‑style and honest. The hosts had a personal touch.

The spot was spot on – right near the city centre and a stone’s throw from the trail to Snezka. It was quiet, clean and comfy. The staff were friendly, but they missed our vegetarian breakfast request; the cheese sandwiches we took for the hike had ham in them, which was a let‑down.
