The service was flawless—staff were helpful, spoke English, German, and French, and handled every issue like a five‑star hotel. Breakfast was decent, but compared to European options it felt lacking. The hotel itself needs renovation; it looks old and shabby, and my room had no windows.

The location was great, and I was upgraded to a “superior room” after saying I wasn’t willing to pay extra for a suite. The bed was very comfortable, unlike the rock‑hard ones I’ve had elsewhere. Breakfast was basic—pancakes, omelette, pho, etc.—but the staff were friendly, spoke excellent English, and forwarded notes about residents.
