“O suficiente para o que precisavamos !”

We were looking for a hotel a day before heading into town, searching for availability and good value so we could stay near a couple of friends in another hotel. Hotel Kennedy met our expectations in terms of proximity, cost, and at least the basics for one night. The reservation said there was no bedding or bathroom, but when we arrived they surprised us with availability at no extra cost. The staff were attentive and available. The location is good for those who want to be close to the center and transport options, even nightlife. On the downside, we knew there was no air conditioning, so we slept with just a fan on a hot day. We also missed a system that would let us keep the window open for ventilation while keeping it dark to avoid morning light. But we survived the heat!

The staff are young, attentive, and helpful. The rules of this establishment need to change: I made a typo during my booking, mistakenly selecting 15/06 and 17/06 instead of the intended 16/18, and when I asked to change the dates immediately, they charged an extra 50 €, which is serious.

I was really disappointed; the place was terrible and I didn't like it at all.

The location was perfect and getting around was easy, although you have to call ahead to get the gate opened, and when you leave you must hand your key over to the front desk.
