The pool was great and the location was spot on, but the HVAC made the room noisy.

The place was well‑situated, the pool was nice, and the beds were comfortable, yet the fridge in the room was missing water and milk.

Close to town, restaurants and the beach. Not informed prior to arrival that they would not supply me a crib because it is a “fire escape hazard in the room”. Never heard this before. It made for an uncomfortable stay with my 3 month old baby. Was told the manager would phone me on day 2 to discuss options but they never reached out to me. Can only order food by the pool from midday - very late considering pool opens at 7am and most people have kids / are using the pool from the morning
“If you’re going to charge premium then act premium”
The location was fine, but the price was too high for what the hotel offered; I paid a premium for an average property with mediocre service. The hot‑water system failed for three days and the toilet was unusable for an entire night while I was pregnant, so I had to repeatedly request fixes instead of being offered a solution. They eventually agreed to compensate the three days, which I appreciated. The restaurant didn't serve anything around 4 pm, which is absurd for a five‑star resort. I had to keep asking the cleaners to vacuum the room because of sand. Breakfast was below expectations, and there are plenty of other places that offer the same for half the cost.
