The front‑desk lady was very nice and pretty, and when we were leaving for the station we were a bit late, so she arranged a taxi for us – I’m really grateful! The breakfast was better than I expected, with plenty of hot dishes. The hygiene was terrible; there were a lot of bed bugs in the room and many dogs in the courtyard that kept barking all night.

The accommodation is next to the Grand Park that once hosted the old Soviet sanatoriums, near the Prometheus cave and the Okaje Gorge. It was poorly maintained – the sheets were torn and didn’t cover the mattress fully, the shower had no protection, and it looked shabby. The breakfast was awful, with no variety and only instant coffee.

A brand‑new, good hotel—better than the others I've seen, and the price is optimal, though I never expect a “very good” rating. Nothing needs improvement: the staff are like village hand‑ymen who don't even know the word service; everything feels old, like a year ago: breakfast starts at 9 am, the reception has stone‑cold faces, a pack of dogs runs in the courtyard, soundproofing is poor, and there's no restaurant in the hotel or nearby.

Everything was amazing… we are extremely grateful… the service was the best, the staff were incredibly attentive and courteous… I wholeheartedly and without hesitation recommend it… the dinner was also healthy and balanced… the atmosphere – fantastic, peaceful, tranquil… they truly deserve the highest rating. Everything I liked. I couldn’t leave the pool. I didn’t mind, but we had no problems at all. All criteria were met 100 %.

Nice location, very close to the park. Clean rooms and very nice staff. I personally didn’t like how beds were located in the room. 3 beds next to each other reminded me of staying in the camp honestly. Also, our balcony was not separated from others by distance. Basically it was one balcony shared by several rooms and there were some barriers between us. But, we were literally sitting next to each other and hear everything, which is not cool
