Nothing—just a waste of money! They denied us a room upon arrival, made excuses, and forced us to cancel the booking and book directly. It felt like fraud, especially for people who rely on online bookings.

After booking a pay‑at‑property rate, I started receiving WhatsApp messages from FabHotels ID asking me to pay in advance to secure the reservation. When I finally paid the full amount and checked in, the hotel claimed that my booking had been made at a lower rate and that no rooms were available unless I paid an extra sum. This is a clear case of fraud.
