“Good except for the walk in shower and drapes”

Clean ,nice room and facilities. I thought I was getting a room with a walk in shower, which is important for my wife with disabilities. When I checked in they said the 3rd part booker online didn’t tell them that. I specified this with them and even saw a picture of the room with a walk in shower. When I checked in at the hotel they said there weren’t any rooms like that left. I did get a 1st floor accessible room , but my wife never could take a shower because of the high tub to climb over A little thing was that you couldn’t close the drapes all the way and a fair amount of light came into the room in the morning

I disliked that staff were smoking outside the building as we left, forcing me to walk through cigarette smoke; breakfast lacked variety in hot dishes, repeating the same items every day, and the three different rates we saw when booking should have been matched.

“Great Place!”

The spot is spot on, the breakfast was amazing, the staff were super helpful, the pool and hot tub were great, and the whole place stayed spotless. The only thing that caught my eye was the bed being a bit higher at the foot than at the head—probably where they tuck in the comforter, but it’s an easy tweak.

“The bed was very comfortable a nd the tv was high quality. We loved the pool and hot tub.”

The breakfast area was impeccably clean and the food itself was solid. The bacon, however, came out a touch soggy and the slices were thinner than usual.

“A perfect stay for our group of women while we explored the area.”

Everything lined up perfectly for what we needed, the staff were friendly, and the location was ideal.
