I guess you get what you pay for. It seems the quality has dropped. The room smelled of mold, and it got worse when the A/C kicked in, triggering asthma attacks. There were hairs all over the tub from the previous guest.

“Not professional”

I visited Baymont for a quick getaway and some peace. My personal information was shared with someone who called the hotel without my permission, which made me feel very anxious, threatened and extremely uncomfortable. I had to change rooms because my information was leaked, and the new room smelled like a sewer backup. No apology or remorse was offered for revealing my data to someone not on the reservation. I have considered filing a complaint. Read the comment above it explains everything.

They did some renovation, painted the walls – the room is neither small nor narrow – there is a fridge and a coffee machine. It’s a typical motel with unappealing design; the renovation was done but not very well – the doors, for example, are fully scratched and scuffed. The price turned out to be too high, and the tax added more than 20% on top of the base price. Breakfast was very sparse, with no protein at all. Waffles (the batter was not very good, bitter and runny), cereals, milk, bananas, yogurt and nothing else (no eggs, no sausages). Surprisingly, the reception desk closes at 10 pm and you have to communicate through a window, as if we were in an unfavourable area. The administrator said the area was safe, but she sat behind the window – the air‑conditioner was very loud – the bed linen, though washed, still had old stains that didn’t come out. It’s not very nice to use such linen again.

“I will be staying at here every time I come to Brunswick”

I always enjoy my stay. The property is clean and the rooms are really nice. The staff is always very friendly. I loved everything about my stay
