The location is great, staff are polite and well-behaved, rooms are comfortable and clean, breakfast was excellent, and we had a nice time at PLAYOTEL Indore.

The staff behaviour was exemplary, they made sure the stay was great and we had no issues; I would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Indore. The washroom ceiling leaked, but since we didn’t stay much in the room because of long travels it didn’t matter much, and the AC temperature was hard to adjust, yet the stay was not impacted.
