The staff were courteous, and the hotel sits right in Caserta’s historic centre, close to all public services. The stairwell lighting to the floors seemed a bit dim.

The room was cute, essential, and comfortable. No issues, everything was fine.

The location was great. The room wasn’t very clean and smelled bad because of a sewage odor coming from the bathroom.

The location was fine, but the room was cramped, the bathroom tiny, the furnishings were poor, and the carpet was dusty.
