Located in Puerto Morelos, the Dreams Riviera Cancun Resort & Spa offers a private beach area and direct beachfront access with stunning sea views. The resort features an infinity pool, spa facilities, fitness centre, sun terrace, and lush gardens, along with a hot tub, yoga classes, and a waterpark. Rooms offer air-conditioning, balconies, and private bathrooms, including family and interconnected rooms.

Very clean. The buffet was closed, and they had a makeshift buffet with very little space; by 9 am there was nothing left to eat—only a barbecue broth and a poached egg, nothing else for breakfast. I won’t return; not recommended at all.

The staff’s service, the roomy and comfortable rooms, and the delicious food were all excellent. We were there to celebrate a birthday, and they truly made the occasion special. The only drawback was the wait time for food at the specialty restaurants.

The resort is lovely and the gardens are well maintained; the staff are always helpful, and we’ve visited before and still love it. This time we paid for Preferred and Arron & Manuel were truly professional and helpful. The only issue was that there was just one designated smoking area near the reception, which was unlit at night. Previously there was an outdoor smoking area, but that’s gone now—no outdoor smoking spots, and people were vaping around the complex while smoking on the beach, which isn’t allowed. The gym still only opens at 7 am; it could open earlier or be available for a fee. It’s well equipped with cardio gear but lacks kettlebells. The coffee shop is now open from 07:00 to 01:00 instead of 24 h; opening at 6 am would be better.

Very good. The walk to the elevator near my room was a bit too far.

The hotel is stunning and the service quality is excellent.
