Le Hameau Arribas

We spent more than an hour and a half searching the castle for someone to hand us the keys because a wedding was happening at the same time and one of our rooms was occupied by guests. We couldn’t reach the reception, and after two hours we finally got into one of the rooms, but the second still had no key. We only got that key in the evening. In the end, we arrived to find rooms that weren’t empty, missing equipment (no coffee maker), and we lost valuable time that could have been spent with our family at the event that brought us here. We finally returned around 2:30 am, but the wedding was still going on with loud music until early morning. We would have appreciated a bit more consideration from our host for their guests.

The dome was fantastic, the surrounding area beautiful, and the atmosphere was peaceful, calming, and tranquil. Inside, it was modern, stylish, and clean, and everything was very well maintained.

I was close to Disneyland when driving, but if you don't have a car it's far from everything and you have to walk for over half an hour to reach a bakery; the pots and pans were only somewhat clean and in poor condition.

We liked the grounds, but we were on our own with no one to talk to if something went wrong, and the bedroom near the kitchen had a loose light that kept flickering on and off.

“Je recommande ce lieu”

Nous partions en famille (1 couple et 4 enfants de 13 a 22 ans). Appart tres bien pour notre famille. Nous allions à disney et juste 15 minutes de route donc hyper appréciable. Le lave vaisselle un vrai plus La balade le soir dans le parc pour aller caresser les chèvres et l'âne. Pour moi lit trop ferme, mon mari lui a adoré. Sinon peut etre juste rajouter des couvertures sur les lits même si il faut chaud (je suis tres frileuse)
