Room Zara with FreeParking

Communication from the owner before check‑in was excellent—very detailed and made checking in a breeze. The room had everything we needed and was clean. It’s great that there’s parking on site.

“Great room, great host, don’t let the building fool you!”

I stayed one night in Zadar and the room was spot‑clean, well‑finished, and super comfy, with water, snacks, and other little extras. The host was very helpful, even offering a drying rack when we asked, showing genuine care for our needs. The building looked a bit misleading at first; the neighborhood seemed under redevelopment and, coming from Canada, I felt a bit “where the heck are we staying?!” when we arrived during the day, but it didn’t feel unsafe. Inside, the room was a completely different story.

Close to the old town. The room was nicely presented. The host was very helpful. The room was on the fifth floor with no lift, so we had to climb 90 steps.

“Very comfortable”

The room came with bottled water, snacks, a coffee machine, and toiletries. The downside was the many stairs and the outside looking grubby.

The location, cleanliness, air conditioning, and parking were great. Unfortunately, there’s no elevator and the apartment is on the third floor, which isn’t for everyone.
