The hotel is close to the ocean, but the Russian woman at reception was really unfriendly—no greeting or words, which makes me unlikely to return unless she gets some customer‑service training.

The building was set back from the road, so it was quiet, and the room was spacious, yet the location was right next to a very touristy area with food prices that matched that vibe.

The accommodation was clean, the location great, and the staff pleasant; I liked that room cleaning was available. The toilet sometimes had flushing problems and would clog, and the hotel has a sign saying “cleaning, please do not enter”; if you don’t put the sign up, cleaning still comes, which felt awkward to me.
