Everything impressed me: the place is easy to reach, checking into the room was a breeze, and both the bedroom and bathroom offered plenty of space, with the air‑conditioning working flawlessly. The only downside was the lack of hand‑soap, forcing me to use shower gel, and although the room was very clean, the floor could use an occasional wet mop because sweeping alone left dust behind (my socks ended up dusty by bedtime).

When I had to cancel another hotel at the last minute, the staff took the time to help me find a solution and answered all my questions during the stay with a friendly attitude. I did notice a slight amount of dust drifting in some spots, and the absence of an elevator could make handling luggage tricky.

I was greeted warmly and the room was nice.

The room was spotless and just right, but there was nobody on duty if you needed help, no extra towels, no kettle, the fridge was empty except for water, and the staff were absent.
